What data anchorinference.com, protocore.anchorinference.com, daedalus.anchorinference.com and the company's email process, why, and where it is stored.

The websites have no forms, no sign-up, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Fonts and scripts load from our own servers. We receive personal data only when you write to us yourself.

Services are provided only to legal entities and sole proprietors. The websites are not intended for children.
Each case of processing: which data, why, on what basis and for how long it is kept.
For every request the server records the time, the requested address, the response code and size, the referring page (referer) and browser details (User-Agent). The IP address is stored shortened: its last block is set to zero, so the log cannot identify an individual visitor. Purpose: keeping the websites running and protecting them from attacks. Logs are deleted automatically after 7 days.
The websites set no cookies. protocore.anchorinference.com keeps only interface settings of the research library in browser storage (localStorage): chosen language, reader mode, open tabs, MathJax menu state. These entries stay on your device and are not sent to us; you can delete them by clearing the site data in your browser.
If you write to hello@anchorinference.com, we receive your address, name and signature, the text of the email and its attachments. Purpose: to reply to you and to prepare and perform a contract. Basis: your request and the consent you give by sending the email, and the preparation and performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Correspondence without a contract is kept for no longer than three years after the last email; correspondence under a contract is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
If you write via Telegram, Telegram also processes the data under its own rules. If you do not want this, use email.
The YouTube player loads only after you press “Watch the film”. Until then your browser makes no requests to YouTube. After you press it, Google (YouTube) receives your IP address and technical browser data and may store data on your device; the video is embedded via youtube-nocookie.com. Basis: your action (consent).
The website gets Daedalus version information from our own server. Installers can be downloaded from our server or from GitHub. When you download from GitHub, GitHub, Inc. (USA) processes the data under its own rules.
Data is not sold or shared for advertising.
The websites and the mail server run on a rented Oracle Cloud Infrastructure server in the Netherlands (Amsterdam region).
Outgoing email goes through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES, Frankfurt region, Germany).
Mail backups are encrypted on our server; only the company holds the key. Encrypted copies are stored on our server and in Yandex Disk cloud storage (Russia).
The controller is in Kazakhstan; servers and service providers are in the Netherlands, Germany and Russia. By sending us an email you agree to your data being transferred to these countries for the purposes described above. Recipients must protect the data under their contracts with us and the laws of their countries.
To exercise a right or withdraw consent, write to hello@anchorinference.com. We will reply within the period set by the applicable law, and no later than 10 working days.
Find out what data we hold about you; have it corrected, completed or deleted, or its processing restricted; receive a copy; withdraw consent; object to processing based on legitimate interest.
In Kazakhstan, to the authorised body for personal data protection; in Russia, to Roskomnadzor; in the European Union, to the data protection supervisory authority of your country.

YouTube: Das Video auf daedalus.anchorinference.com wird erst nach Klick auf „Film ansehen“ über youtube-nocookie.com geladen; danach erhält Google Ihre IP-Adresse und technische Daten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG). Eine Übermittlung in die USA ist möglich.
E-Mail: Adresse, Name, Inhalt und Anhänge zur Beantwortung und zur Vertragsanbahnung oder -durchführung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO). Mailserver in den Niederlanden, Versand über Amazon SES (Frankfurt). Verschlüsselte Sicherungskopien liegen auf unserem Server und bei Yandex Disk (Russland); der Schlüssel liegt nur bei uns. Speicherdauer: höchstens drei Jahre nach der letzten Nachricht, bei Verträgen nach den gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen.
Drittland: Der Verantwortliche sitzt in Kasachstan; für Kasachstan und Russland besteht kein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission.
Ihre Rechte: Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 15–20 DSGVO), Widerruf einer Einwilligung (Art. 7 Abs. 3), Widerspruch gegen Verarbeitungen auf Grundlage von Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f (Art. 21 DSGVO) und Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde (Art. 77). Eine automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung findet nicht statt.
